Are you an experienced HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, people-centric environment?
Executive Consulting Resources is partnering with our client, a Top Workplace winner for the past 11 years, to find a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join their People Services team.
What You’ll Do
As the HRBP, you’ll report to the VP of People Services and act as a trusted advisor to both field and office teams.
Your work will span the full spectrum of HR, including:
HR Consulting: Partner with managers and employees for onboarding, policy interpretation, and cultural initiatives. (150 FTE)
HRIS & Data Analytics: Serve as the HRIS Administrator (UKG), analyze workforce trends, and recommend improvements.
Benefits & Compensation: Administer benefits, manage broker relationships, and support compensation benchmarking.
Talent Development & Learning: Translate technical expertise into scalable training content and guide managers on performance and growth.
Payroll Oversight: Review and support payroll processing to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
5+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally within construction or a related industry
Hands-on experience with payroll and benefits administration (UKG a plus)
Strong coaching, communication, and training facilitation skills
Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable to a project-driven environment
