RESPONSIBILITIES
· Maintain a current knowledge of state and federal laws regarding compensation activities and ensures compliance.
· Administer compensation programs.
· Evaluate and analyze salary data.
· Recommend, review and/or analyze current and proposed compensation programs, policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance as well as project potential costs.
· Make recommendations for enhancing the data in the HRIS and assists with cleanup.
· Prepare reports and presentations.
· Evaluate jobs and salary ranges for market competitiveness and internal equity.
· Participate in compensation surveys and analyzes results in order to determine company’s market position.
· Make recommendations that satisfy the goals and philosophy of company.

Job Requirements


Education, training, experience:
QUALIFICATIONS
· Associates degree is required, Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
· Must have a minimum 5 years of related work experience required.
· Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel required.
· Familiarity with a payroll system such as Infinium, ADP or PeopleSoft preferred.
· Knowledge of Compensation principles, practices, and legal requirements.
