Job description:
Responsible for the design of consistent, end-to-end processes for Talent Acquisition for implementation in some 20 countries. Following the successful completion in the Transformation initiative Role, this individual is expected to transition to a leadership role in global talent acquisition.

Builds and executes HR transformation strategy in partnership with key stakeholders.
Deployment of HR project management approved methodology defined by the GBT.
Achieves/reinforces “buy-in” of project scope, metrics and deliverables with key stakeholders.
Development of implementation and migration plans to ensure benefits are realized as expected.
Drives alignment of strategies, plans and actions with GBT Sub Work Streams and business plans.
Develops, maintains and administers organization-wide human resource service policies and procedures in accordance with internal audit (QA), organization-wide HR, and center of excellence governance / control criteria.
Execution of aligned communication strategy, plans and timely delivery to relevant stakeholders.
Evaluates metrics and KPIs to follow progress against targets; proactively drives problem resolution.
Challenges company/HR vision, culture, strategy, and goals, as necessary.
Challenges team to think “out-of-the-box; forward-reaching, innovative, risk taker.
Leads the service delivery effort around Talent Acquisition and all the associated activities related to the process design of identifying, sourcing, evaluating and securing top talent.
Serves as liaison to HR to provide assistance in planning and executing personnel actions.
Develops, obtains and manages Sub Work Stream budget; maximizes ROI.

Job Requirements

Education, training, experience:
Bachelors degree in Business or related field; MBA preferred
At least 10 years related functional experience at an international level.
Experience with MS Office application including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OutLook
Other Qualifications:

Experience with Talent Acquisition, including design execution and management (sourcing strategy, resource planning, and Recruiting operations, with global focus
Experience project management best practice; including managed project on global scale.
Experience with building, developing and leading high impact global teams – direct and remote.
Demonstrated record implementing plans within agreed parameters, timelines and budgets.
Experience working in fast-paced, entrepreneurial and matrix global business.
Demonstrated record leading significant global initiatives and change.
Demonstrated presentation and communication skills.
