*Provides a high level of recruiting, sourcing, networking and interviewing for clinical talent pools including nursing and clinical positions.
*Works collaboratively with hiring managers through service level agreements to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction.
*Establishes, maintains, monitors and reports key metrics to ensure the effectiveness of the talent acquisition process.
*Collaborates with senior leaders, HR partners, business unit managers and others as appropriate to develop and implement a strategic talent acquisition plan.
*Some travel required.
Education, training, experience:
Requires Bachelor's degree in a related field and three years professional recruiting experience in a healthcare setting.
Ideal candidate will have demonstrated success: 1) in creative sourcing strategies; 2) building candidate databases; 3) in building collaborative relationships with hiring managers.
*Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
*Strong analytical competency, consulting and negotiation skills and business acumen preferred.
*Experience with meeting defined metrics and goals desired.
