TIW Corporation designs, manufactures and provides sales & service of oil-field completion equipment. We have approximately 400 employees both domestically and internationally, including subsidiaries. As the company continues to grow we are looking to improve services and procedures within the Human Resources department and are in need of an entry-level Human Resources Clerk.

TIW is currently seeking an energetic, detailed individual to be responsible for implementing a scanning process of our personnel files, updating existing documents and assist with other tasks within the department. This role will eventually take on additional responsibilities as the skills and knowledge base of the individual grows.

Responsible for preparing employee personnel files for scanning.
Responsible for scanning and indexing existing personnel files and ongoing maintenance of files.
Update company policies into new template for review and maintenace.
Relieve receptionist as needed.
Assist the Human Resources department with daily requirements and on special projects and as needed.
Gradually assume additional responsibilities within the department.

This is a salaried, non-exempt position reporting to the HR Manager.

Job Requirements

Education, training, experience:
3+ years general administrative experience is required.
Proficiency with Microsoft products required.
Experience or interest in Human Resources is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multi-task.

Posseses a professional demeanor.
Works well individually and within a group.
