Kelsey-Seybold Clinic combines the experience and expertise of more than 350 physicians providing primary care and specialty care at 19 clinic locations throughout the greater Houston area. Kelsey-Seybold Clinic cares for more than 400,000 patients each year, including members of managed care plans, employer groups and the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA).
Provides primary recruitment support to include sourcing, identification, and presentation of qualified candidates to assigned client departments and advises client groups regarding HR employment policies and procedures. Consults with HR Management and Client Groups to determine and apply probable recruitment solutions to issues and challenges affecting the Client Group. Analyzes recruiting efforts and works to implement recruiting strategies to increase visibility within the hiring marketplace and facilitate a consistent flow of qualified applicants.
Education, training, experience:
Bachelor’s degree in business, a related field or applicable experience.
A minimum of 5 years corporate recruitment experience.
Ability to prepare and manipulate data using Microsoft Office software products. Experience with staff planning and strategy.
Excellent relationship building skills. Ability to develop, plan, and implement short-and long-range goals. Ability to interact, influence, partner and gain the acceptance of clinic leadership. Must possess and demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to handle employment issues with tact and diplomacy. Demonstrated ability to aggressively and creatively seek candidates for employment.
