HR Assistant/Benefits & Payroll Clerk

OMNIBANK, N.A. located in the Greenspoint/North Houston area is looking for a Human Resources Assistant /Payroll & Benefits Clerk. This position provides administrative support to the HR Director. Job duties include the following: Payroll data entry and processing, Monthly Reconciliation of invoices and payment processing, daily administration of benefits plans, Pre-screening applicants, employee record maintenance. Administrative functions including; answering phones, copying, scanning, filing. Ideal candidates will have 2-3 years prior payroll processing experience, superior attention to detail, good math skills, ability to maintain a strict degree of confidentiality, superior communication skills and the ability to adhere to and meet strict deadlines. Must have advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel products. Experience with ADP Payexpert is preferred. Education, training, experience:
2-3 years prior experience as HR Assistant, Payroll Clerk, Recruiter or Benefits clerk. Ability to multi-task in a fast paced, high volume department.
