IRT has the following vacancy: Call Center Recruiter

Responsibilities:

Recruit non-exempt level employees in a call center environment. Develop strong partnerships with hiring managers and develop a network of external contacts to support hiring needs. Must be able to coordinate and facilitate internal/external hiring events such as job fairs. Has accountability for meeting weekly fill rates for multiple programs. The position requires flexibility to work later shifts and/or occasional Saturdays based on business needs. A working knowledge of employment law including EEO and ADA guidelines is also required. To be successful the right candidate must be outgoing, energetic and confident.

Job Requirements


Education, training, experience:
? 1-2 years recruiting experience (preferably call center environment)
? Or minimum: high school diploma with equivalent recruiting experience
? 2 or 4-Year degree preferred
? Full cycle recruiting experience is a necessity
? Proficiency with Microsoft Office – including Word and Excel
? Excellent assessment and judgment skills
? Strong organizational skills - able to prioritize and meet strict deadlines
? Must be good with time management and attention to detail
? Handles high pressure, fast-paced environment
? Exceptional interpersonal skills, including the ability to work well with others
? Excellence in communication – verbal, written, presentation skills
